197 lb today. A new low after the wobble back up to 200. I'll take it.
14 st 1 lb today. 197 lb. A new low, past the wobble at 14 st 4 lb and past the 198 lb I was pleased with a couple of weeks ago.
I’m not going to overanalyse it. I’ll take it.
14 stone 3 pounds doesn't look like much of a win written down like that. Write it as 199 lbs instead, and it's a number I've never been under before.
14 st 5 lb this morning. Thirty-three pounds down from where I started, which is about three bags of sugar, which I can now feel on the bike.
95 kg and 14 st 13.4 lb are exactly the same weight. They don't feel the same. Turns out it's not sentiment, it's just how the numbers move.
